AI Widget
How Konrado AI appears inside SupportPal tickets and enhances replies with WHMCS data
The Konrado AI widget appears inside the SupportPal operator ticket view as an assistant panel for generating replies and reviewing context.
Estimated time: 5 minutes to verify after SupportPal is connected.
WHMCS is strongly recommended. Without WHMCS, AI replies still work, but Konrado.AI cannot include services, domains, invoices, or billing account context.
Before You Start
- SupportPal connected.
- SupportPal webhook macro configured.
- WHMCS connected if you want billing and service context inside replies.
What This Connects
The widget uses SupportPal ticket messages and, when available, WHMCS billing context to generate operator-ready replies.
Where the Button Appears
Open a SupportPal ticket in the operator panel. The Konrado AI assistant appears in the ticket view side panel. Use it to open reply suggestions, review detected context, and insert a selected response into the reply editor.

WHMCS Context in Tickets
When WHMCS is connected, the widget can show:
- Products and services
- Domains
- Invoice status, including unpaid invoices
- Account information
This context helps the AI generate replies that match the customer's actual service state.

Generate a Reply
In the ticket view, open the AI assistant, choose a generated response version, and insert it into the SupportPal reply editor.

Verify
Create or open a SupportPal ticket and confirm the AI assistant panel appears. If WHMCS is connected, confirm service or billing context appears for customers with matching WHMCS records.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| Widget is missing | Confirm SupportPal is connected and the webhook macro is enabled |
| Ticket context is stale | Update the ticket or trigger one of the selected webhook macro events |
| Billing context is missing | Confirm WHMCS is connected and selected as the billing platform for SupportPal |
| Insert reply does not work | Confirm the operator has permission to edit and reply to the ticket |
Remove
Disconnect SupportPal in Konrado.AI or disable the SupportPal webhook macro to stop ticket updates from reaching Konrado.AI.
