WHMCS Module Upgrade
How to upgrade the Konrado.AI WHMCS module to the latest version
When a new version of the Konrado.AI WHMCS module is available, follow these steps to upgrade.
Step 1: Download the Latest Version
Download the latest module version from repo.konrado.ai/whmcs.zip and extract it.
Step 2: Backup Your Current Module
Make a backup copy of the existing modules/addons/KonradoAI/ directory before updating.
Step 3: Overwrite Module Files
Copy the new module files to overwrite the existing WHMCS directories — replace modules/addons/KonradoAI/ with the updated version.
Step 4: Verify in WHMCS
- Open the WHMCS Admin Area
- Go to System Settings > Addon Modules
- Verify that Konrado.ai is activated and the version has been updated
Your API Token and Webhook Token configuration will be preserved during the upgrade. You do not need to reconfigure the connection.
Step 5: Test
After upgrading, go to app.konrado.ai/dashboard/integrations and click Test Connection to confirm everything still works correctly.
