WHMCS Connection

After installing the Konrado.AI module in WHMCS, you need to establish the connection between WHMCS and the Konrado.AI platform.

Step 1: Sign In to Konrado.AI

Go to app.konrado.ai and sign in to your account.

Step 2: Navigate to Integrations

In the sidebar, click on Integrations.

Step 3: Connect WHMCS

Under Connect your support platform, find WHMCS and click the Connect button.

A modal will appear showing your one-time connection tokens:

• API Token
• Webhook Token

Step 4: Configure Tokens in WHMCS

Go back to your WHMCS Admin Area:

1. Navigate to System Settings > Addon Modules
2. Click Configure next to Konrado.ai
3. Paste the API Token and Webhook Token into the respective fields
4. Click Save Changes

Step 5: Complete Configuration in Konrado.AI

Back in the Konrado.AI integration modal:

1. Fill in the WHMCS URL field with the path to the module file:

   https://yourdomain.com/modules/addons/KonradoAI/api/index.php

2. Click Apply to configuration to auto-fill the tokens
3. Verify the API Token and Webhook Token match the ones you set in WHMCS

Step 6: Test the Connection

Click Test Connection to verify everything is configured correctly. You should see a green Connected successfully! message.

If the test passes, click Save to finalize the integration.

Step 7: Verify

You should now see Connected status next to WHMCS on the Integrations page.
