Install the Konrado.AI browser extension for in-ticket AI assistance

The Konrado.AI browser extension adds an AI assistant widget directly into your WHMCS ticket pages, letting you generate and review responses without leaving the ticket.

Chrome

  1. Go to the Chrome Web Store and search for Konrado.AI | Customer Support Assistant
  2. Click Add to Chrome and confirm the installation

Firefox

The extension is also available for Firefox:

  1. Visit the Firefox Add-ons page
  2. Click Add to Firefox and confirm

Using the Extension

After installation, you'll see a Konrado.AI tab on the right side of your WHMCS ticket pages.

Login

Click the Konrado.AI tab to expand the widget, then click Log in to connect to your account.

Generating Responses

Once logged in, the widget will show:

  • Generated reply — An AI-drafted response based on the ticket content, customer context, and your knowledge base
  • Service Information — Customer details and related services pulled from your integrations
  • Action buttons — Options to improve the reply, put it into the reply field, or analyze the ticket further

The extension works alongside your existing WHMCS workflow. You can review and edit AI suggestions before sending them to the customer.
