Install the Konrado.AI module in your WHMCS instance
This guide walks you through installing the Konrado.AI addon module in WHMCS.
Step 1: Download the Module
Download the module from repo.konrado.ai/whmcs.zip and unpack it to your WHMCS main directory via FTP/SFTP.
The module files should be placed so that the modules/addons/KonradoAI/ directory exists within your WHMCS root.
Step 2: Open the WHMCS Admin Area
Log into your WHMCS admin panel.
Step 3: Navigate to Addon Modules
Go to System Settings > Addon Modules.
Step 4: Activate Konrado.AI
Find Konrado.ai in the list of available addon modules and click Activate.
Step 5: Configure the Module
Click on the Configure button next to Konrado.ai. You'll see fields for:
- API Token — You'll get this from the Konrado.AI dashboard
- Webhook Token — You'll get this from the Konrado.AI dashboard
- Access Control — Select which admin roles can access the module
Don't fill in the tokens yet — you'll get them during the WHMCS Connection step.
Step 6: Save Changes
Click Save Changes to save the module configuration.
Step 7: Test the Connection
Open app.konrado.ai/dashboard/integrations, click Configure on the WHMCS integration, and then click Test Connection.
