Prerequisites
What you need before setting up Konrado.AI
Before you begin the onboarding process, make sure you have the following:
Requirements

Konrado.AI account — Sign up at app.konrado.ai if you haven't already.

Admin and FTP/SFTP access to WHMCS — You'll need to upload the Konrado.AI module files to your WHMCS installation directory.

Root access to your control panel server — Required for server integrations (cPanel, Plesk, or DirectAdmin). This is needed to run the installation script that connects your hosting panel to Konrado.AI.
If you don't have root access, ask your system administrator to run the server integration command for you.
