Manage team members and permissions in Konrado.AI

Konrado.AI supports multi-user access so your entire support team can benefit from AI-generated responses.

Viewing Members

Navigate to the Members section in the sidebar. The Members interface displays all current system users and their roles.

Inviting New Members

To invite a new team member:

  1. Click the Invite button in the top-right corner
  2. Enter their email address in the invitation field (you can add multiple emails separated by commas)
  3. Select a Role (Member or Admin)
  4. Click Send Invitations

The system will automatically email them with setup instructions. Once they complete the setup process, they'll have full access to the system.
