Prerequisites
What you need before setting up Konrado.AI
Before you begin the onboarding process, make sure you have the following:
Requirements

Konrado.AI account — Sign up at app.konrado.ai if you haven't already.

Admin and FTP/SFTP access to WHMCS — You'll need to upload the Konrado.AI module files to your WHMCS installation directory.

Root access to your server — Required for SSH-based server integrations (cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, Proxmox, or Solus2). Rackspace Cloud Office uses API keys instead of a server installation script.
If you plan to use an SSH-based integration and don't have root access, ask your system administrator to run the server integration command for you.
